Deposits

Bookings require a 10% deposit to secure our time together. Overnights and longer engagements require a 25% deposit. For FMTYs, the total travel cost is required in addition to 25% of the consideration as a deposit.

Discretion & Privacy
Discretion is something I value deeply. Our time together is always kept private, and I approach every engagement with care, respect, and intention. I simply ask for the same in return, so we can both feel completely at ease.

Hygiene & Preparation

I always arrive freshly showered and well-groomed, and I really appreciate the same in return. If you’ve had a long day, feel free to freshen up or take a quick shower when you arrive—the hotel has everything you need. If you’ve already showered, just a quick hand wash is perfect. It helps us both relax and enjoy our time together even more.

Cancellations

Deposits help hold our time and make sure plans stay smooth on both sides. They are non-refundable, but they do ensure your booking is confirmed and prioritized. Once arrangements are made, those costs can’t be refunded.

Life happens! I appreciate thoughtful communication and do my best to be flexible when notice is given. Mutual courtesy and clarity always make for the best experience.
